Introduction
Jhunkoo.ai helps you create AI agents for your website — chatbots that answer questions using your content, call tools when needed, and embed on any site with a simple script. You configure agents in the dashboard (persona, knowledge, tools) and add the chat widget to your pages. No custom backend required.
This documentation explains how to build, configure, and deploy agents. Use it whether you’re setting up your first bot or integrating the widget on a production site.
Core concepts
- Agent — A configured chatbot: model, instructions (persona), optional tools, and knowledge sources.
- Knowledge base — Files and URLs your agent can search (RAG) to answer from your content.
- Tools — Capabilities beyond plain chat: built-in utilities (e.g. weather), custom APIs, and more.
- Lead capture — Collect visitor contact details (name, email, phone) during a conversation when the agent decides it’s appropriate. Timing and fields are configurable in the Prompt Builder or agent settings; see Lead capture for details.
- Widget — The embeddable chat UI visitors see on your site, loaded via a script tag.
- Prompt Builder — Optional form that compiles settings into a system prompt; you can also write instructions directly on the Persona tab.
